Orange’s Spanish division faced a cyber attack on Wednesday, impacting an undisclosed number of clients and restricting their access to specific websites, a company representative disclosed.
The breach targeted Orange’s IP network coordination center, predominantly addressed and neutralized by the company, stated the spokesperson for Orange, Spain’s second-largest telecommunications provider.
The incident prompted a response from the French company on social media platform X, reassuring customers that their data remained secure, alleviating concerns about any compromise.
