During this period, an unauthorized party accessed Concentra patient information between April 7, 2023, and April 19, 2023.
After identifying the breach, PJ&A reviewed compromised files to determine the extent of the leak and affected individuals. The investigation revealed that 13,300,750 people were impacted by the breach, prompting PJ&A to notify Concentra. Concentra initiated its investigation following PJ&A’s disclosure.
On February 4, 2024, PJ&A commenced sending data breach notification letters to affected individuals, detailing the compromised information. Notably, Concentra’s computer network remained unaffected, and all compromised data was stored on PJ&A’s network.
